Meet the Manager — Louis Stewart

Louis Stewart grew up in St. Louis and has spent years making sure his neighbors aren’t left stranded with a broken garage door when they need help most. He started Penrose Gates & Garage Doors after working in the door and access industry and seeing firsthand how many local families got overcharged or ignored by bigger companies that didn’t care about the community they were working in.

Louis built this business around being the kind of guy you’d actually want to call — someone who picks up the phone, gives you a straight answer about what’s wrong and what it’ll cost, and sends out experienced technicians who take pride in their work. He’s especially focused on making sure emergency situations get handled fast and fairly, because he knows a malfunctioning garage door at the wrong time can throw a whole family’s day — or safety — into chaos.
